2. How to make my void marriage valid?
   We got married when I was 17 yrs old, born 1982 married 1999 and my in-laws falsified my year of birth to make me 19 during the time of my marriage and also entered a wrong birth place since they do not know where I was born. Now, we want to make it valid. Do we have to go to court to declare our marriage null and void and remarry again? The problem is our date or marriage was indicated on my daughters birth cert.

3. Hi atty, ask ko lang po if Possible po ba mag-papalit ng name sa title ng property from married name to single name?

   Naka mortgaged pa po actually yung house, ang worry ko po is after payment ang nakalagay sa titulo ay married name ko.. may clause po sa annulment decision ko na “terminating the community of property relations between petitioner and respondent”. Pag ganun po ba pwede ko ipatransfer sa single name ko yung titulo after payment?

14. Hello Goodmorning Attorney! Ask ko lang po ano po bang magandang gawin dahil po pinapahiya po yung bestfriend ko thru social media post saying na she is a mistress, wala po silang evidences na totoo yung akusa nila. Pinsan nya po yung nagbibintang sa kanyang kabit sya ng asawa nito, desente at nag aaral po yung bestfriend ko sa sobrang selosa po ng pinsan nya pati sya pinag selosan. it all happend Dec. 2017 pa po pero until august 2018 nag sesend po sya ng threat at minemessage nya sa school dahil sa kahihiyan at stress sa nangyari. She even use different facebook accounts just to message my bestfriend and threaten her. Ngayon po nalaman ng Mommy ng bestfriend ko lahat ng ginagawa ng pinsan nya and kinausap nya po yung pinsan, but her cousin insisted that my bestfriend’s mother is recording their conversation kahit di naman po totoo. 15. My name is Jashanpreet Singh Dhillon. I’m an Indian. I have been living in this country for about 3 years. Reason I contacted u is cos I have been living in a rental house fo about 10 months now. I recently found out that they have been charging me more than double on my electricity and water bills and when I confronted them they said they can charge as much they want. I don’t know law in this country about these issues that’s why I wanna know that is that legal for them to do it? Can they charge separately on government issued bills like electricity and water within legal means of this country. They didn’t have me any information about this on the agreement we signed. I didn’t knew how much per kilo watts costs, so when they told me that it was 14 pisos/ kilo watts I has no reason to doubt them. I feel deeply betrayed and cheated by my tenants. So I wanna ask u that did they did this without stepping out the boundaries of the law or did they break them? Cos if they did than I am gonna put my faith in Philippines justice system cos I know it won’t let me down. Please contact me when u read this. Thank u

16. Hi! Im separated for long years but not annulled. Im using my husbands name on all of my working docs. Right now, I have a Romanian bf and he invited me to their country. My passport is still on my maiden name. But the rest if my docs and id are married. I need to define my relationship to my bf as my host of invitation. Is my civil status going to affect my visit visa application in Romania? What other supporting docs can i bring to prove that me and my husband is no longer together for more than 10 years, aside from annulment? Thanks. Looking forward to your response.

    Good Day!

    I’m Norman Largoza and I would like to seek legal assistance from your good office with regards to my housing loan under bank financing.

    I availed the house on Feb 20, 2018 and paid the equity/downpayment, which is payable in 6 months, in full cash the next month. Processed and submitted all the requirements on time. I started paying my Monthly amortization since Dec 28, 2018, however, the developer failed to deliver the unit prior or even after a month the loan was approved by the bank. As per their latest email, the unit is expected to be fully constructed on May 1, 2018 and inspection will be scheduled from this date onwards. With this, I got very disappointed with the developer since I am already paying the MA but still the house is under construction. I have some questions I would like to ask with you to know my rights as buyer.

    Questions:

    1. Is this consider as delayed turnover of unit? Note: I don’t see any statement in the contract for the agreed  construction  duration of the unit.

    2. If yes to question no. 1, does PD957 section 23 applies to this scenario?

    3. As mentioned, I started paying my MA since Dec 28, 2018. Do I have the right not to pay the MA until the unit has been turned over?

    4. Do I have the right to ask for refund?

    5. Could you please give me additional details regarding my rights as a buyer.?
