  1. Hi po good day. Just wanna ask my older sister was separated many years ago. They have 5 kids (minor) . My sister died last january 2019. Kami na nagpapaaral sa mga bata kasi cant afford na pag aralin ng tatay yung mga bata. Need ng school ng special power of attorney pra ako na lang ung magiging legal guardian nila. Paano po ba ang dapat kung gawin. Paabo po kumuha ng spe ial powet of attorney? Magkaiba po ba ang affidavit of guardianship st special power of attorney.? Thanks
