Good day po. My situationis this. We have a business of wholesale trading in which our customers need to enter our driveway to buy their goods. Our parking area can house 2 large vehicles at the same time.
Now the city of lipa wants to put up road markers and have told us that one marker will be put in thhe middle of our property which will impede the entrance of the vehicles that enter our business.
Do we have any say in the matter?

There is a review center I enrolled in and I signed a contract. I can send you the contract so that you can understand. Then, the contract is for 2019-2020 exam. And I didnt pass the part 1 (there are 2 parts of the certification) of the exam last October 2019, the part of the exam will be on February, 2020. The review for part 2 started last 1st week of November 2019, and I didnt attend because I requested the CEO of the review center that I will not withdraw from the review and he asked me why, and then I told him that I could no longer pay the expenses ( it shall be noted that the contract was installment based and I am incapable of paying it, or insolvency) and He (The CEO) replied “Ok” but the conflict is that there’s a provision in the contract “… s/he forfeits his/her eligibility to the PN-PL scheme. Her program fee
balance becomes due and demandable over 8 equal payments, whether s/he belatedly passes or not.”
My problem is that if my obligations arising from the contract is extinguished or not.

I lost my interest and ask them if i could just refund since hindi naman sila tumupad sa usapan, pero sabi they can’t do the refund. Now i decided to just sell the house – pasalo- kaso ang prob wala dn definite date kung kelan turn over which is yun ung tinatanong ng buyers ko. What can i do po? Can i process a refund? How is the process po?

I just paid off a house and lot property and Deed of Sale papers and transfer of ownership is currently underway. I paid off the house from my own earnings and my spouse never contributed a single cent or even show appreciation/necessary care of the property.
I’d like to seek advise on how to make the Deed of Sale and other legal papers for the property less problematic in case we separate/divorce [if that becomes a law soon], or marriage gets annulled eventually. I am aware and have read a lot about conjugal/community properties and related topics. Someone advised me to not use statements like “Spouses person a and person b,… hereinafter referred to as vendees” in the Deed of Sale or legal papers. rather, put something like “person a, married to person b,…. referred to as vendee”. Does the second version really make a diffirence, legally? or it really just clarify who the “technical” owner of the property is but will have no impact at all against conjugal/community property laws?

Gud Day. Gusto ko po sana idemanda yung pinag loanan ko Thru onlineloan.grabe na po ginagawa sa akin. Nag loan ako ng Php 2000.00 na naging Php 2,600.00. Pero Php 1,800 lang ang dumating sa akin. Nagbayad ako ng Php 600.00 para ma extent ng ilang araw ang aking loan. Subalit ito ay nadagdagan pa at naging Php 3,300.00. Akoy nakiusap sa mga representative nila na baka pede wag ng dagdagan ang aking babayaran. Subalit walang nangyari. Umabot ng Php 4,400 ang pinapabayaran nila. Binayaran ko ang Php 3000 para mabawan pero ang inaasahan ko na 1,400 na kulang ko ay nadagdagan pa at naging 2,160.00. Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin?
Good Day po . My case is , nag loan po ako ng worth 8k from a private person with interest na 15% per month . Sabi ko , 2 months duration lng. Come due date, nag sabi ako if pwede sa payday date ko.. pero yung nasend ko lng is 9k.
