1. Hi po! I would like to ask po regarding sa mga secretary certificates, kailangan pa po ba ng secretary certificate for authorized signatories sa mga internal documents ni company, like po purchase order, check vouchers, loan agreements, sales invoices, etc., sabi lang po kasi ng japanese manager namin dapay included siya sa signatory, or any advice I just want to know what is the proper written proof na isa po siya sa authorized signatory sa mga documents.

   Then last question po, sa company po ba dapat 1:20 ang ratio ng foreigner sa filipino employees?

3. Good afternoon. I am a graduate of a medical school in South of Metro Manila. I have completed and passed their course in 2018. I also do not have any outstanding financial obligations with the school. But, they are refusing to provide me (indeed, all of the students of our batch) a copy of our TORs and other credentials so we can apply for the upcoming medical board exams, unless we take a mandatory mock exam. This exam is 1000 Php per student and will take up much of our scheduled review time.

   Question: Is it legal for the school to withhold our TORs and other school credentials, even if we have already finished the course? If not, what legal remedy can we take so we can get our credentials as soon as possible so we can quickly procees our application for examination?

I understand that I am not covered of the newly released IRR on the expanded maternity leave but I would like to ask if the maternity leave for the previous provision are paid din po ba and equivalent to 100% basic salary? 13. Hello po attorney. Naka-aksidente po ako ng pedestrian last wednesday (july 10, 2019) around 6:00am going to work. Kasama ko din po yung kasintahan ko nung time na maaksidente kami. Pareho kaming dinala sa hospital pero afterwards pinilit kong makalabas ng hospital kahit may pinsala ako para lang maasikaso ko yung pedestrian na nabangga ko. Bali motorcycle po yung sasakyan ko. Tumungo po ako agad sa hospital na pinagdalahan nung nabangga ko pero nasa emergency room pa sya nung mga oras na yun. Tumungo kami sa presinto dahil tumawag sakin yung pamangkin which is the representative nung nabangga kong tao. Pinag-ayos kami and nagkarun ng agreement na sasagutin ko yung gastusin sa hospital. The saddest part is nakararanas ako ngayon ng harassment sa pamilya nung nabangga kong tao. Gusto po nila, manatiling naka-impound yung motorsiklo ko at lisensya which is ginagamit ko sa hanap-buhay. Ipinaliwanag ko na sa kanila sa presinto na wala akong ibang pagkukuhanan ng pangkabuhayan at pangtustos kung ipipilit nila na naka-hold ang lisensya ko at ang sasakyan ko. Sa kasalukuyan, hindi ko naman po tinalikuran yung responsibilidad ko sa kanila. May mga paunang panggastos na kaming naibigay kagaya nung pambayad sa CT Scan worth Php 12,000.00. Ngayon po (june 15, 2019) dumalaw ulit ako sa hospital. Ooperahan daw yung matanda. Ok lang po sakin yun pero yung mga conditions na idiniscuss sakin nung pamangkin is hindi makatarungan. Gusto po nila na hanggang sa maka-recover yung naaksidente ko eh magbigay pa rin daw ako ng panggastos. Di ba po ang sinasaad lang ng batas is “responsibility until his/her full recovery from the accident”? I-correct nyo na lang po ako kung mali yung perception ko regarding road accidents…

    Hi, just one question. In laws regarding custody case of a child, what if a man and a woman are not married, and they had a child beyond the confines of marriage and are now neing battled for custody? Does the man have rights to gain custody of the child? And also, in this situation, the mother is currently overseas and the father is near. It’s been going on
    For 2 months. Cause bafore the custody dispute, the child was living with her dad. And then suddenly, the mothers aunt took the child and they had a specail power of attorney stating that the mother appointed them to be the legal guardian of the child while she is in japan. And no mediation happend None what so over. They just asked if the kid could visit them for a week. And so the father brought the kid to them. And when he went there to pick her up, they turned him down and showed him the special power of attorney. 1 more thing. The mother is now married to another man and is now seing another man while married to this japanese guy. Please help us.
