    Hihingi lang po sana ako ng payo kung ano po dapat namin gawin. Ang kapitbahay po kasi namin ang sabi lumagpas daw po kami sa sukat ng lupa namin. Eh ang muhon naman po eh di naman nagalaw at labas nga po ng bakod namin yun. Sa tagal po namin na nakatira dun at kapitbahay sila bakit ngayon lang sila nagrereklamo mga 49years na po kami dun. Lagi po sila nanggugulo at nanakot na titibagin daw po bahay namin or magbayad daw kami. Di po sila tumitigil sa kakadakdak po at lagi namemerwisyo. May kakilala po sila engineer na sumusukat sabi daw po sobra daw kami sa sukat. Atty., may titulo po kami paano po ba ang gagawin namin para matapos na ang pagiging gahaman ng kapitbahay namin.   3. Hi Atty. Our family friend borrowed around P2.5M in cash from us way back in 2005. In 2008, there was unfortunately a typhoon that destroyed their business making them unable to pay us. This year 2019, however, we have seen that they have recovered from this unfortunate event. This P2.5M still remains unsettled up to now and we are always ignored when we demand this in SMS and even in person. It is unfortunate that we do not have any written contract on this debt.     May nabuntis po xiang babae,
    Napag kasunduan naman po nila na magbibigay ng suporta sa bata ung asawa niya .. Nung nanganak na ung babae, iba na po ung gusto ng babae kasi ung apelido na ng lalaki ang gusto nilang kunin.

    Tanung ko lang po kung anung maaring gawin po, kasi ayon po sa isang nabasa ko po na article…( Hindi pwedeng pilitin ang ama ng isang iligitimate child / hindi pwedeng pilitin ng ina ng bata ang ama na ipagamit ang apelido ng sa iligitimate child)

    Sa ngaun po kasi the other party was demanding for the acknowledgement of the child,

    1. Pwede po ba nilang kasohan ang asawa ng friend ko or ipatanggal sa serbisyo? Kahit nag bibigay ito ng sustento sa bata?

    2. Wala po bang karapatan ang legal na asawa sa desisyon ng lalaki tungkol sa pag bibigay ng apelido sa ilihitimong anak?

    3. Anung kaso po ang pwedeng makaharap ng asawa nya kung sakaling hindi sila pumayag sa pag bibigay apelido sa bata?

    4. Kung sakaling naibigay po nila ang apelido sa bata, maari bang hindi xia ideclare na dependent ng lalaki?

    May I please ask for your advice in relation to my friend’s legal problems. He got his 20 year-old girlfriend pregnant when he was 18 years old which happened over 10 years ago. The woman’s parents wanted them to get married but at the time, they had problems due an issue involving a third party with the woman and he was not thinking straight when things had blew out in the open. He was told of the pregnancy towards the last trimester I believe. The child was born (even with the failed abortion earlier on) and the woman’s parents demanded for him to pay thousands (nothing to do with hospital bills nor ongoing child support) but at the time the he was unemployed and could not give them in excess of £50K they wanted from him. When he got a job, he wanted to help whatever he can to support the child but the woman’s parents refused and did not want the child to know that he was the father and in fact did not register him on the child’s birth certificate. We only found out recently that they have filed a complaint under Sec 5 (i) of RA9262 and there was an arrest warrant that from 10 years ago that we never knew about and has surfaced recently. He want to settle this issue but we have no idea where to start as the family has been awkward ever since the failed mediation due to their demand that he was able to oblige. What will be the next step after he goes to to police station to attempt to resolve this matter? Will they actually put him in prison having no means of giving them what they wanted? The ex-girlfriend did not want all the fuss but at the time she had no power over them although she was in her 20s when this happened but we have not idea how to try and resolve this so if you could give us some idea where to start please? I’ll appreciate anything you could tell me.

Ngayon po gusto ko po sanang ibenta na lang ang bahay at lupa at paghati hatian na lang ang mapagbebentahan. Paano po kaya ang gagawin kung may isang hindi sumangayon sa pagbebenta ng lupa’t bahay?

  11. Hi Atty, Nais ko pong sumangguni sa inyo. Ang pamangkin ko po na limang taon gulang ay palaging binubully ng aming kapitbahay, sila po ay 4 na magpipinsan na may edad na 3-7 yrs old. May pananagasa ng bike, pangungurot, paninipa, at pag sasabi ng masasamang salita.

    1. Nais ko po sanang idemanda ang mga magulang dahil sa patuloy na pangyayari kahit nasabihan na sila ng barangay at SSDD. Ano po ba ang pwedeng ikaso dahil ayaw po sabihin ng SSDD kasi gusto parin nila maayos. Ngunit kahit ongoing ang counseling, ganon pa din ang mga magpipinsan. May pwede po bang ikaso sa pagpapabaya nila?

    2. Bukod pa doon, pwede ko bang kasuhan ng child abuse ang ina na nagsabi kapatid ko na “itago na lang sa baol ang anak nya” ng harapan at sa isang fb conversation nilang magkakamag-anak. Di nga lang po pinangalanan.

Ask ko po sana kung panu po kaya gagawin namin kz po e may letter po ng complain sa akin, enimail ko po yung atty. kng ano kaso ko sabi may nabangga daw at yung sasakyan ay nk rehistro sa name ko.. Matagal na po wala sa amin yung sasakyan dahil po hinatak nung financing company na pinagkakautangan namin 2014 o 2015 di ko na po matandaan exact date, pinagpatuloy lang yung hulog nung pinagbigyan nila hindi po namin alam kung sino. Isinauli po yung naihulog namin, at sa kanila na yung sasakyan sobra po nalugi kami dun 1.4 M po halaga ng sasakyan at 450k lang ang nakuha namin at ang sabi to follow na lang daw yung deed of sale. Hindi na po nila naibigay yung papeles at nalimutan na rin namin. Dahil po may kaso kami tungkol nga dyan sa sasakyan pumunta anak ko sa financing company para humingi ng deed of sale o record ngpapatunay hndi na sa amin ang sasakyan. Ang sabi po nila ay fully paid na namin ang sasakyan at hindi nila hinatak, kung gusto raw namin makakuha ng copy e magpa affidavit of loss kami e wala naman kami talaga copy panu namin nawala yun. Kung fully paid kami nasaan ang sasakyan bakit wala sa amin at yung nagda drive nung time ng aksidente e hindi naman kami. Sobra laki na ng nalugi sa amin tapos po kami pa ang mananagot sa kasalanan na hindi naman kami ang gumawa, pgbabayarin na naman kami e hindi na nga po kami nakarecover financially. Sana po ay matulungan nyo kami, maraming salamat po.

I have friend with a case of qualified theft for the amount of 2,000 pesos, in the fear of greater penalty nag plea of guilty po sya to a lesser offense, ngayon po ay nagaplay sya for probation, tanong ko lang po kasi pupunta sya abroad pra magtrabaho, if ever po ba makumpleto nya ang probation and totally marelease n sya, magaapear pa rin po ba sa pagkuha nya ng NBI Clearance yung case nya or is it possible po ba na totally mawala na po yung record na yun since na serve nya na po ang requirements for probation, magiging hindrance po kac everytime he is applying for a job specially abroad kung lalabas sa remarks ng nbi clearance nya na may derogatory record po sya. Sana po ay masagot nyo po ang tanonv ko ..maraming salamat po.

Naaawa napo kase ako sa ex officemate ko…na de depress napo sya sa ginagawa ng AGM ng company na yun….ako din po nag resign effective March 24, 2019 Pero hindi pa din po nirerelease ang final pay ko nakapag clearance na din naman po ako.     First I already paid my lawyer the amount of 30k for civil case. And now my lawyer demand again for 20K for filing a case against plaintiff. And also told me that I have to pay the court as well that I am really curious about it..

Good afternoon atty., kahiya hiya man tong nagawa ko gusto ko lang sana magtanung..nahuli po kasi ako sa citimart ‘shoplifting po..matindi lang po talaga pangaingailangan ko kaya ko nagawa… Then yung item na nakuha is ginawa nilang 10x ko po babayaran sa price nya… Which is 33k po…wala po ako gnun halaga kaya pansamantala akong kinulong sa police station hanggat makabayad ako.. So after 2 nights ko po dun nkalikom po ang nanay ko then na settled na namin yung mga kinuha ko..so okay na po kami ng complainant ko… Paano ko po makukuha yung mga items na nasa police station? May receipt na po ako binayaran n nmn yun… Ayaw po kasi ibigay ng police kasi daw po ibedensya daw po un… Kinukuha po ng taga citimart yung mga items di din po nila ibgay… Paanu ko po makukuha yung item in legal?
