  1. Hi i have a legal question about our labor law. My daughter who is a doctor is being hired for residency by a chain of medical clinics. The job offer does not state the place or location of clinic where she will be assigned to nor do they want to state verbally where until after she signs the contract. Is that legal at all? Thanks.

  2. I will not deny it. I am past due with a lot of debts. But it is not like I willed to abandon my obligations. I have loan with MFCash aka Microdot Lending Corporation ioa 3000Php plus interest and late fees. But being the eldest amongst my siblings and due some family related problems my budget got depleted and completely ruined my finance and I have been unable to satisfy the amount due and other financial obligations. I tried to notify the lender but I have been receiving rude, threatening and harassing messages through text and Facebook Messenger from Yeng Vergara representing the MF Cash aka Microdot Lending Corporation, of which I believe a violation of BSP Circular 454 and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

    Also, the last time I checked the said company is not found ro be registered with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).

    I am willing to settle my debt once I get caught up financially but I am afraid it can’t happen any time soon.

  15. Hi Attorney, nag abroad po ako for 1 yr and kakauwi ko lang sa condo unit na tinitirahan ko. Before ako umalis last year inayos ko yung nirerent ko na parking space at kinausap ko yun Admin Manager na babayaran ko pa rin for 1 yr khit wala yun sasakysn ko. Ilang araw na akong na dedepress sa nangyare parang ginawan nila ko ng fraud at false promises kaya gusto ko sana idaan sa legal process kung pano ko magagawang i honor yung letter na naka indicate doon na ibabalik sa akin yun parking space.   16. Hi, I just have a question about theft. I previously worked in a travel agency before and I had to leave the company because of their bad management in terms of handling people aside from that the fact that I am only getting a salary of php15,000.00

    They hand me over a company laptop although they failed to let me sign a liability form or waiver that If I leave the company I should return it. I admit that I fail to return the company laptop because I started a new job although Ive communicated with my managers that I will return it. I dont have any intent of keeping it however, they filed a case against me as what they say. I’ve read some articles about theft but I couldn’t find any grounds for them to file a case against me.
