    Ilang buwan na po ang nakalilipas ng isangla sakin ang lupa ng isang mag-asawa ngunit wala kaming kasulatang ginawa. Hanggang ngayon po ay di pa natutubos saakin yung lupa. Ano po ba ang puwedeng ikaso kasi nagpagawa po ako ng website sa halagang 28k, ngdown po ako ng 15k tapos nagpaconnect po ako sa kanya ng crisp app sabi nya ang halaga daw ng package $174 per month, sabi ko ang nakira kong package $60 and $90 lng pero sabi nya meron daw kasing mga added service at unlimited storage, in short ngbayad po ako ng $1400, 3 weeks nagbigay po cya ng invoice galing sa crisp. Yung sister ko po ay nagtrabaho ng homebased, wala siyang pc at internet so yung client ang nagprovide ng $150 para makabili siya kahit 2nd hand na pc at magpakabit ng internet. So ito na nagwork sya pero natanggal siya, at ang computation nila sa sahod ng sister ko ay $117 then kinuha din nila yung pc sa kapatid ko. Ito po yung computation namin.

    The Amount that I received from tash po ay $150 equivalent to 7,218.05. Yan ang nareceived ko.

    The total of my sister Salary is $117.51 is equivalent around 5,800.

    The estimation of the desktop as per Tl is 3500 daw though its 4k.

    (Salary )5800 + (Desktop) 3500 = 9300

    The Money that the client sent was 7,218.

    So, 9300 – 7218 = 2080.

    So kahit po papaano may sasahurin pa sis ko kaso ayaw nilang ibigay and they are insisting na may utang pa daw kapatid ko at sila pa daw nag abono, ayaw din nilang ibalik yung pc po. Pinapabayaran sa amin yung pc para daw makuha namin. Sa sister ko po nakapangalan yung resibo. May ways po ba para makuha namin yung pc ? Anyway, yung pc po ay nasa isang agent lang din po.     ask ko lang po regarding sa verbal agreement namin ng isang atty na umupa ng office unit pero nagbayad lang po ng 3 mos security deposit at 1 mo rental sa unang buwan, bali hindi pa po siya nagbibigay ng buong postdated checks niya para sa isang taong renta.
    Kinuha na rin po niya ang Keys sa amin at nagpalit na ng bagong mga lock sets sa unit.
    Verbal pa lang po dahil wala pang written contract dahil sa wala pa posiyang mga checke as requirements po.
    Nag minor renovation na rin po siya pero hindi po natapos dahil sa ECQ.
    3 mos na pong nakakalipas pero wala po siyang komunikasyon sa amin tungkol sa decision niya po.
    Nang pinadalhan namin siya ng computation sa email tungkol sa monthly payments na naka Waived ang isang buwan at naka defer ng 6 mos ang mga sumusunod na buwan, sinagot niya kami ng bakit sinisingil siya sa 4 mos na hindi naman niya nagamit at tatlong buwan ang gusto niyang ipa-waived naayon daw sa batas ng gobyerno.
    At wala naman daw kaming written contract para maging legal ang transaction.
    Ang pagbigay namin ng computation na may automatic waiving at deferment ay kusa at walang masamang intensiyon. Pero sa mata ng tenant ay hindi raw legal ang transaction kaya ibinabalik na niya ang susi na nagpapatunay ng implied cancellation niya pero hindi niya kinikilala ang implied contract sa amin.
    At isa pa po, gusto niyang kunin lahat ng binayaran niya sa amin at pati ang minor renovation niya ay sinisingil din niya. binibigyan po niya kami ng 15 days deadline para sa pagbalik sa kanya lahat plus renovation kundi ay magsasampa siya ng kaso po.

    1) Tama po bang hindi niya kinikilala ang implied contract kahit na may mga email conversations po kami?
    2) At tama po bang kunin niya ulit ang mga biyaran niyang 3 mos sec dep at 1 mo rent kahit na po matagal na po niyang kinuha ang mga susi at nag rerenovate na po sila ng unit at nagbigay po kami ng auto waiver at deferment?
    3) Tama po bang singilin po niya sa amin ang ginastos niya sa unfinished minor renovation sa unit dahit hindi naman niya pakikinabangan pa?

Good Afternoon Attykalibre, I would like to ask if there is a violation of the law or rights of the students if the result of the entrance exam is not clear, in addition the school avoids students and parents’ grievances by not posting on their facebook page because many people complained when they released the first batch so they just announced the final list on their website to avoid complications. There is not enough proof that the evaluation was fairly performed as the way they claim it.

    Im Yna 38 y/o.I hope you can help me with my concern.My problem is I am trying to purchase a lot in our province (Tarlac)but I’m currently residing here in QC because I work here.I would like to know if I have a right or not to get a compensation or being paid back with my expenses.What happened was the lot I was trying to purchase supposedly under Pag-ibig (HDMF) it was a house and lot that I was applying as a benefit for a regular employee like I do I might as well use it despite of its tedious and expensive requirements needed.As we all know in order to approved with Pag-ibig housing loan we need to provide legal documents and it takes longer than bank loans.To cut it short I was able to complete all the requirements and was able to spend 50,000php since the lot isn’t transferred yet to the owner as it is a family inheritance,the land title still under the father’s name the reason I had to spend a lot of money to be able to be qualified for a housing loan.The son agreed to all the conditions before I started working on completing the requirements he was fully aware where I will get the money and how long it will take to pay him his father even signed with a notarized deed of conditional sale since the land title still under his name.I have all the requirements ready for submission and even consulted with a HDMF housing loan clerk in our Province if all my requirements were enough she assured me it was she even suggest me to submit it to the main office in San Fernando Pampanga for faster approval.Unfortunately I was unable to do so since the lockdown took so long and until now there’s no mean of transportation yet.Little did I know the lot owner (the son) sold the lot without notifying me atleast even though I keep on updating them with the progress of the requirements.I am stuck here in QC the offices were closed and no available public transpo there’s no way to submit my application.Nobody to blame even if Im sure that I my application will be approved as I have completed all the requirements needed everything were frozed and we can’t do anything about that.Neither theirs or my fault,I understand that It still their right to sell their land because I haven’t pay them yet but they agreed to sell it to me despite being fully aware of the conditions that was why I put an effort and spend money for it.After I have learned that they were selling the lot I spoke with the owner as it was so wrong to just neglect what we agreed upon,so as a compensation he offered to pay back my expenses once they pay him unfortunately after getting the payment he did not pay me and has no plan of paying me. Please I would like to know if I have atleast a legal right to appeal.

Gud day po attykalibre…gusto ko po sana malaman kung anu gagawin if binabantaan ka ng ex boyfriend mo na idedemanda dahil sa mga perang ipinadala nia sau during mag on pa kau pero yung pong pera na yun ay ibinigay mu naman sa magulang niya at hindi mo ginastos…bukod pa po dun ginamit mo ang ibang pera para ipambili at ipampapackage sa mga kailangan niyang gamit pajapan pero ngayon pong mgkahiwalay na kayo hinihingian ka niya ng 300k para bayaran yung pera na ipinadala niya…at sinasabihan na sisirain niya ang buhay mo…please po
