Sinasabi nila na nagpadala daw sila ng pera sa kapatid ko. When I checked the proof of remittance, it was being sent in Bacolod and we are here in Manila. Someone is using her name. Since there are posts being shared around with her pictures, can we consider the act of posting or sharing this post an act of defamation? I already asked some of the complainants to file a case towards the person na nakakatransaction nila. That person is saying na she represents my sister. When you check the remittance details, the phone number and location is just the same. Possible that she is also the same person na nagcclaim ng funds. My sister has never spoken Bisaya, and the transactions are in Bisaya. One proof na yun why I was able to say na di sya yun. And if the remittances were claimed in Bacolod. Never pa nakalabas ng Luzon yung sister ko.

    How do we protect people from this false accusations because someone else is using their name?

  9. hello po ask ko lang po nagbuntis ako at hindi ko alam kung sino ang tatay, sa boyfriend ko pinaako ang bata pero nung lumabas na ang bata hindi ito kamukha ng boyfriend ko. Inantay ko paglaki ng bata hanggang 4months at hindi npa din kamukha. Ang tunay na ama po pala ay yung isang lalaki na may nangyari din sa amin noon. Ngayon sinabi ko na sa kanya ang totoo sa boyfriend ko. Ngalit ang pamilya niya at sinabing ipapatulfo ako pag hindi ako nagbigay ng 100,000 at nagtxt din sakin tita ng boyfriend ko na ex ko n ngayon na humihingi din ng 20,000 ano po ba pwede kong gawin? salamat po

    May tanung ako

    Gumawa kase ako nang isang (Personal social media account), its a personal account, at the same time, I created a facebook page, related to that personal account.

    This social media page and (Personal social media account) is about sharing some Godly quotes, simple as that, at the same time, the social media page will sell some Godly items.

    Now, one of my social media strategy, is to add people, random people, people that I do not know personally but have the same interest with inspirational and Godly quotes to my (Personal social media account).

    Once they confirmed the friend request, I will invite them to like the facebook page that is assosciated with my (Personal social media account).

    The trick is, when they are in my (Personal social media account), I will engage them there for them to be interested on liking my facebook page.

    Example, I will post some devotional Godly quotes to my (Personal social media account). And then , when I see their response, I will invite them to like the page. Simple as that.

    My question is this, this (Personal social media account)does not have a personal name, does not even have a personal profile picture.

    So the name and the profile picture is the name and the picture of the brand. So its sort of like a company name and a company logo.

    Now, multiple people that I am adding are asking me, “Who is this”, I refused to give them my name, I just told them that “we are a group of christians that wanted to help, so on and so on.”

    I am also telling these people, if they are asking that, “there is no need to approve our friend request, since our posts are public, so anybody can see it, and we have public page that you could also like if you want. ”

    So ganun ung sinasabe ko kapag may nagtatanung, I am very transparent to them, that there is no need to approve our request,

    Ngaun naman, paano ung mga taong hnde nagtatanung? well ang ginagawa ko, ay, dun sa bio nang (Personal social media account) ko, meron dun na parang warning, na ok lang, na wag i approve yung friend request kung uncomfortable sila.

    Then, nag post din ako nang mahabang paliwanag, na parang ginagawa ko ngaun sayo, sa (Personal social media account), regarding this issue.

    So lahat ginagawa ko for them to be comfortable on dealing with a (Personal social media account) without a face of a person, and without a name of a real person.

    Ang depense ko naman, baket ang instagram, you follow a brand, you really dont know, who operates that brand, diba?same with facebook, if they approve our friend request, and at the same time, we warn them, if they ask, if they do not ask, we still warn them. So wala na akong pagkakamali dun diba? i do not intend to harm anybody, I also even , encourage them to block us or even message us to block them, if they felt uncomfortably.

    They approve my friend request, I did not even force them diba? Its a request, and they approve it.

    What prompts me? on messaging you?

    Somebody, just tonight, ask me, in facebook, about the details of who is behind the name of this brand, I refuse to answer directly, and even encourage him not to accept our friend request, or if he already accepted it, then i encourage him to unfriend us.

    Nakarecieve po kami ng summons from the office of lupon tagapamayapa kaya lang po ang complainant po ay officer ng barangay specifically XO and ang kaso po ay “akusasyon laban sa barangay”. Take note po na nangyari ang kaso habang naka duty ang complainant. Pwede ko po bang ignore ang summons since violation po siya ng local government code RA 7160 chapter 7 sec 408? Ano po i advice ninyo? Salamat po. Need answer po ASAP. Hinaharass po kasi kami ng barangay.

Receipt at xerox lamang ng full payment with signature ng tauhan nila ang naiwan sa kin. Ung last full payment receipt po. Ung daily receipt po ng singil orig copy nsa akin. Every yr.nakaraan Kada mag audit po ata sila or magpalit ng tauhan may mga tauhang sila pumupunta sa lugar namin at nagtatanong naniningil ng utang daw nmin ni prepresent ko naman ang lahat ng resibo ko. This yr 2019 ipinasa na daw ng lending company sa isang credit service collector at eto sinisingil kmi at sinasabing tumutubo daw po ang utang nmin nd kami nagbbyad. Byad napo kmi tauhan po ng lending ang nagtakbo ng pera nila. Kmi pa din b po ang mah suffer ng pagbbyad ng utang na matagal n nmin byad.
