  4. Hi Attorney, Good noon, I have a personal loan from the bank and i wasn’t able to pay for it, because i lost my job. After so many years I received a call that if a pay that certain amount my loan will be considered as settle. I even leave my email add on that agent to email the settlement agreement . Here is another collection agency who called me and i explain to them that someone already called it up to me and this that was the offer, so i said if you have the same offer then i’ll avail. But on my surprise they gave me a short of options that the offer amount was only a monthly amortization. So I refuse and i said i could not afford on that monthly. I ask them that was not the offer i received on the first agent bec, it was been said that i was able to avail for amnesty . So i have ask them if they gave me an amnesty but theyre reply was they will still refer it. Can i availed for amnesty attorney or not?what will happen to me if wasn’t able to pay it because may present salary is just 1/4 of the monthly amortization?

  5. Hi po atty. Nag resell po ako ng puppy online bale tinulungan ko po maghanap ng buyer yung seller nakilala ko online inalam ko po details ng puppy bago ibenta. Ang puppy po is dewormed pero wala pang vaccinr June 4 daw po date of birth. Wala pong health card yung buyer po aware sa ganitong information about the puppy. Nakuha po nila ang puppy noong july 21 tapos po first complain nila is may kuto kaya nag re relay ako ng info from buyer to seller and seller to buyer now nag ka anemia ang puppy at namatay kanina lang po. Ang case daw po is masyado pang bata ang puppy kasi di pa daw tumutubo ang ngipin kaya masyado daw maaga na weaned ang puppy di daw nagsasabi ng totoong dte of birth ang seller. Animal cruelty daw po ito. Papakasuhan niya daw po kami ng animal cruelty tanong ko lang po if dawit din po ba ako dito kung nakikipag cooperate naman akp both parties at sabi nung seller ready to release naman din yung puppy.   7. Good evening po Atty. I’m a gov’t employee at nagkaroon po ako ng salary loan sa isang PLI at yung isa naman po ay cooperative. Yung ATM card ko po ay nasa custody po ng cooperative kasi po naka collateral. Ngayon po ay nagkataon na kelangan ko ng pera dahil sa may pinaghahandaan akong gastusin sa susunod na mga buwan. Pwede na po akong mag renew sa isang PLI kaya lang nirerequire nila ang scanned copy ng aking ATM card para po doon na papasok yung loan proceeds ko. Kaya lang ayaw magbigay ng kooperatiba. Ngayon po ay pinahintulutan na ng isang PLI na kahit confirmation letter kung saan doon nakalagda ang kinauukulan sa kooperatiba na nasa kanila nga ang aking ATM. Kaya lang nung kinausap ko yung manager ay tumanggi po ito at sinabing baka may ibang binabalak ang PLI para makuha sa kanila yung aking ATM. Nagigipit po ako sa gitna atty. Ano po ba ang maayos at magandang paraan para matuloy ang aking transaction sa PLI kasi more than 1 year na po akong hindi nakapag renew sa kanila dahil po sa ayaw ipascan ng kooperatiba ang aking ATM card. Tanong ko pa po, maari pa bang magawan ng modus ang mga bagong ATM na merong chip? Maraming salamat po sa magiging tugon nyo po.

  10. Good day, I am Josephus Jules Santiago Vivas.

    I would like to ask for your help regarding a huge problem with my birth certificate.

    The issue is very complicated, and has hindered me from getting a lot of important documents requiring it.

    Here is the premise of my case:

    Apparently, my birth certificate says I am Josephus Jules Santiago and not a Vivas because at the day of my birth my parents had a major fight which urged my mother not to register a father. At the time, my parents weren’t married. They have long made up and are now married.

    We already have a certification from the office of the City Civil Registrar of Tarlac, recognizing my legitimization making me a Vivas, issued Feb 28, 2007. The verified petition tells that my parents are married and that the court recognizes me as a legitimate child.

    However, upon submitting the document to NSO(PSA), they found out that my father was still married abroad. My father had not filed a nullity of marriage. The PSA office is looking for annulment papers which my father, who recently passed away a couple of months ago, could not provide.

    Another mistake in my birth cert is that it states that I am female, even though I am a male.

    I hope you can help me with my problem. All of my other documents so far has Josephus Jules S. Vivas registered.

  11. Hi, atty. Tanong ko lang po, bakit nakakuha ng NBI ang pinsan ko na may kasong vawc? Nag file nag vawc yong x-gf niya for child support nung march. Pero nagtataka kami bakit nakakuha say ng nbi clearance? May pinakita pang evidence yung x nya n kinasuhan sya. Ano ba ang dapat naming gawin? On and off yung support ng pinsan ko dahil nag doubt din sya sa bata. Nagsupport naman po sya at wala naman pong physical abuse na nangyari. Bakit po may kaso pa din sya?

    may itatanong po sana ako.. to be perfectly honest i have a Dept amounting of 9k and its 2 days over due. tinawagan po nila as usual, and i told them na hindi po “muna” ako makakabayad, sabi ko po this August 3 (saturday) pa po ako makakapagbayad, and i told them also that i’m ready to pay the interest and other charges just wait until saturday. and the woman i talked to says “OK, wala naman daw po syang magagawa kung hindi daw po ako makakapagbayad ngayon.
    But the next day they started calling again and text me saying the same thing and they also forcing me to pay the dept. the words are “Magbayad na kayo”, “Wala akong balak mag-antay” and they also send me text that if i wont pay now they will post my face on facebook and the rest of my family. i still have every text they sent me. dumating na po sa point na naiyak na ko sa mga text nila at sinisisi ko na asawa ko na hindi naman dapat.
    I know po walang nakukulong sa utang, but i will never use that excuse to not my depts. i want to they as soon as i can but i keep on telling them they have to wait. its not my first loan on them, i guess its my 3rd or 4th time that i borrowed, pero yung mga nauna naman po is on time ko naman po binabayaran, now lang po ako nasira sa kanila.
    Sana matulungan nyo po ako ar mabigyan ng advise.

  16. hi atty. ask ko lng po ano pa ba dapat gawin namin kc nag bayad na po kami halos 100k sa abovado namin ngunit na kolong po kasama ko kasi d nya man lang sinagot ang notice namin hangang umabot ng aampong araw. kaya na kolong kasama ko. ano po ba dapat gawin namin sa atty. na ito sa ngayon po nag hanap na lng po kami ng malalapitan.

    Can a person be sued for a negative feedback/bad review? Client vs Event planner.

    So ang nasa review is about the planner being late sa very first appointment with the client and also commented about lying. Kasi sabi ni planner na nasa certain location siya and traffic pero nung nadaanan ni client yung tinutukoy niya na place is wala naman daw traffic.

    The appointment was scheduled and set prior pa lang but the planner failed to show up. No payment has been made at this point.

    Also included were screenshots of the conversation between the two parties.

    Can this be considered libel or cyberbullying? Would like to add na no trashtalking was uttered between sa convo 🙂

  18. ano po pwedeng gawin kung hndi po sapat ang sustento ng kalive in partner ko pero hiwalay na po kami ngayon. may sakit po ako sa puso kaya di po ako makapagtrabaho tapos buntis pa po ako at siya ang ama. meron na din po kaming isa pang anak na panganay. siya po ay studyante palang at nagpapadala naman ng 700-1k a week dahil nagpupunta po sya ng divisoria para mamili ng paninda para sa OL business nila ng kapatid nyang babae. ngayon po ayaw na niyang magpadala dahil gusto po nya kasuhan muna sya. ano po pwedeng gawin?

Ask ko lang po regarding sa land title or TCT 12 po kami magkakapatid and ako yun ginawa nilang administrator ngayon may TCT n kami nakaname sa “heirs of name ng mother nmin and represented by name ko”. Ngayon po nagdemanda mga kapatid ko dahil bakit daw sakin nakaname yun tct which is aware sila na ako un ginawa nila administrator. Ang question po kelangan ba lahat ng name nila nakalagay sa TCT? Kc ang advise nman skin sa RD isang rep lang kc name nman sa mother tlga. Kelangan ko po sagutin yun demand letter na naresib ko from atty.
