5. Hello, I would just like to inquire about a case of unpaid Internet connection. Last May 2020 my employer instructed me to avail for postpaid internet that was installed in our office. The account is under my name for my boss told me that he can not process it himself for a reason i could not remember now. After few days I resigned from the office and the internet connection was not moved. After 3 months of payment my previous boss stopped payment for that internet until the ISP terminated the account. The problem is the OSP demands me to pay the balance and penalties which I told yo my previous boss to settle. He does not want to pay it since according to him it was my fault because i did not apply for termination of the account. What can i do?

Goodfternoon, last March 2017 my mother Mrs. Zenaida Lopez purchased a Honda TMX 125 Alpha Euro 3 through monthly installment for one(1) year with every monthly installment of Php. 5,235 in a total of Php. 62, 820 and downpayment of Php. 3,400. Since she was working abroad that time and impossible for her to attend any signing legal papers activity, she named the official receipt (OR) and certificate of registration (CR) after to to her younger bioligical brother, Mr. Henry Consolacion.

    Mrs. Zenaida Lopez provide all the financial needs for the downpayment, cromprehensive insurances, registration to Land Transportation Office, change oil, and a six(6) months installment payment for the vehicle.  

    Mrs. Zenaida Lopez and Mr. Henry Consolacion both had an agreement through online conversation, messenger to which my mother will be purchasing an installment Honda TMX 125 Alpha Euro 3 from Don Phillip- Urdaneta, Pangasinan Branch and full cash payment for sidecar from JR Soriano Welding Shop, 263, Anonas Urdaneta City to use for public vehicle service that will serves as daily income for financial needs in both parties. They had an agreement that Mr. Henry will be the public service driver he will give Php100-200 daily boundary.

    But since Mr. Henry was not following the said agreement that he will give a daily boundary, in December 2017, both parties agreed that Mr. Henry will provide the last four (4) remaining monthly installment– December 2017 of March 2018 and which also the daily boundary he should give will be added for the last 4 monthly installment and will continue to give daily boundary after being full paid from the motor. Yet Mr. Henry did not follow again the agreement.

    Until up now June 2020 my mother decided to withdraw all her property.

Our neighbor went to us telling na ang aso daw namin ang pumatay sa mga manok nya ang nakapagtataka po is tatlong aso ang tinuro na pumatay daw sa 18 na manok at ang sugat ng mga manok po ay pare parehong nasa leeg lahat and maliban dun wala na pong galos or sugat. In short isang sugat lng at leeg lahat. The owner is telling us na bayaran daw namin ang damage. But on our part wala naman pong concrete evidence na aso talaga namin ang gumawa and it seems impossible na 18 chickens pero iisa lng lahat ang sugat and besides may mga chickens din kami and our other neighbors pero ni isa wala din napatay ang aso namin. Can you enlighten me please. Thank you

    Maari patin po bang mag-pulis o pumasok sa PNPA kahit na naka dual citizenship?
    Paano po pag pinanganak sa ibang bansa pero pure filipino naman po?

    Regarding po ito sa Homeowners Assoc. Gusto ko lang malaman kung ang Board of Directors po ba is a different body from Officers? Or ang Officers po ba ng HOA ay hindi dapat isang Board Member?

    I would like to ask about our marriage, me and my wife was married last 2011, but things have not been working for the both of us. Now, as I tried to research regarding annulment, I came across to that declaration of marriage null and void which I clearly remembered that when we got married, we werw solemnized by a certain person which we do not know if he is authorized to do so. Then after we got our Marriage Contract I found out that the person who signed the Contract is the Mayor of the municipality which didnt attend on the said Marriage. I would like to ask some clarifications about this and how do we know that the person attended our marriage is authorized to solemnized a marriage? Does this marriage valid from the start?
